Challenge & Solution
The Challenge
The most difficult challenge we faced with this project was striking the right balance between a unique grid-based product catalog design and user-friendly navigation. We wanted the website to showcase PMQ's vibrant community of artists and artisans while also delivering a seamless browsing experience, which required careful planning and ingenuity. Furthermore, making the site flexible across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms posed issues in maintaining the catalog layout and navigation structure, which we had to carefully consider.
Solutions
To make sure every user has an engaging experience, we've smoothly woven responsive design into the website. This means that anyone can easily access PMQ's project from any mobile device. By giving users the freedom to explore whenever and wherever they want, we tackle the time constraints that might hold them back. So, the responsive design really ensures a friendly and visually appealing experience, no matter what device they're using.
