The Challenge
Revamping the RMHC Hong Kong website posed the challenge of effectively managing various donation types. This included cash donation, fundraising event, in-kind donation and donation box.
Solutions
Our goal was to create a user-friendly interface that clearly shows all of these options, streamlines the contribution process, and increases overall user engagement, allowing supporters to easily contribute to the charity's mission of assisting families in need.
