The Challenge
The main challenge was to clearly convey the wide variety of services provided by Caritas Rehabilitation Service, all while creating an interface that feels intuitive and easy to use. In order to quickly find the support services they required, many users—including caregivers and people with disabilities—wanted simple navigation and easily accessible information.
Solutions
To address this issue, we implemented a user-centered design. We conducted user research to better understand the specific needs of different user groups. The website's navigation structure is simplified, with clearly distinct service categories for convenience of use.
We also employed accessibility best practices, such as high-contrast colors and alternative language for images, to increase usability for all visitors. Interactive elements were incorporated to engage consumers and provide a more immersive experience, making the services more accessible and intelligible.
